Service shop Sport-Outdoor.sk hereby declares that all personal information of its customers obtained during registration process in creating a customer account, will be handled in accordance to applicable law "N. 428/2002 Z.z . outlining the rules and regulations regarding the protection of privacy".
The above legislative Act outlines the obligations of service providers against disclosure of personal data to third parties with the exception when due to the selected method of delivery and shipping services it is necessarily to provide the relevant data to the external carrier for purposes related to the delivery of the shipment.
According to § 20 paragraph. 3 of the aforesaid Law the operator of shop Sport-Outdoor.sk is obliged at the customer’s request, promptly and fully delete all personal data from the database of the online store.
Shop operator reserves the right to withdraw from the guaranteed safe handling of personal data of its customers in the event of an attack of the server by unknown perpetrators - hackers. In this case, the above rules for handling and protection of personal data will not apply.
